Wayne Rooney Open to Working with Guardiola at Manchester City

Former Manchester United star Wayne Rooney has expressed his eagerness to join Manchester City and work under Pep Guardiola. The 38-year-old, currently without a job after being sacked by Birmingham City, is open to managerial or assistant roles. In a recent interview, Rooney stated that if Guardiola were to offer him a position, he would readily accept the opportunity. Rooney also highlighted the influence of Guardiola’s coaching on Arsenal’s manager, Mikel Arteta, signaling his admiration for Guardiola’s methods.
