EPL: It’s going to be tricky – Arteta speaks on Arsenal’s title chances after Everton defeat

Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, has said that winning the Premier League title will be “tricky” and not “a rose pathway”.

Arteta was speaking after their 1-0 defeat at Everton on Saturday.

James Tarkowski headed in the winner in the second half to hand the Gunners their second defeat of the campaign.

Arsenal remain five points clear of Manchester City who are away at Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.

“This is not going to be a rose pathway.

“This is going to be tricky and we will have to dig in and play much better than we did today,” Arteta said.

The table toppers welcome Brentford next in the league.
