Famous Nigerian Afrobeat star Davido appears to have quietly settled his legal dispute with former Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) president Amaju Pinnick, just hours before his wedding. The reconciliation follows an N2.3 billion breach of contract lawsuit filed by Pinnick on October 31, 2023, after Davido failed to perform at the 19th edition of the ‘Warri Again’ event on October 6, 2023.
In a recent video, Davido and his wife Chioma were seen at Pinnick’s house, personally inviting his family to their wedding. Julie Pinnick, Amaju Pinnick’s wife, shared the video on TikTok, highlighting the power of love in fostering reconciliation. She wrote, “David and Chioma came to our house to personally invite my family to their marriage ceremony. I was thrilled to meet Chioma for the first time; she is such a beautiful girl. Let love lead. Wishing Davido and Chioma a beautiful future together forever.”
Davido had announced two weeks ago that he and Chioma would have their wedding on June 25 in Lagos.
