50 Cent Claims Roc Nation Didn’t Want Him at 2022 Super Bowl, Eminem’s Intervention Led to Performance

50 Cent Clams JAY-Z’s Roc Nation Didn’t Want Him at 2022 Super Bowl

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, rapper 50 Cent has made a bold claim: JAY-Z’s Roc Nation didn’t want him to perform at the 2022 Super Bowl. The Queen’s native emcee, who won a Grammy for Best Rap Performance By A Duo Or Group in 2010 for "Crack a Bottle" with Eminem and Dr. Dre, claims that Roc Nation tried to leave him out of the marketing for the show, which starred Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Mary J. Blige, and Snoop Dogg as headliners.

"I don’t know who’s voting in that sh*t. It’s crazy. Whoever they are, they’re off at Beyoncé’s house because she has 30 of them," 50 Cent added, throwing some shade at JAY-Z’s wife Beyoncé, who has won 32 Grammys.

The feud between 50 Cent and JAY-Z isn’t new. Amid Diddy’s sex trafficking allegations, 50 Cent took a moment to "throw dirt" on JAY-Z’s name, claiming that the emcee was "in hiding" over the commotion going on with his billionaire brother.

JAY-Z hasn’t publicly responded to 50 Cent’s claims, but his silence has sparked curiosity. As 50 Cent put it on Instagram in May, "Jay in hibernation, he ain’t coming outside till this sh*t with Puff blow over. No brunch, no lunch, No dinner. LOL IM ALL YOU GOT IM OUTSIDE!"

It’s not the first time 50 Cent has jabbed at JAY-Z, and his opinions on the Grammys have been met with skepticism. Still, his willingness to speak his mind and throw shade has earned him a loyal fan base and cemented his reputation as a rap provocateur.
