International Rapper Davido Opens Up About Coping with Grief
Nigerian singer and rapper David Adeleke, better known as Davido, has shared his personal struggles with grief and loss in a recent interview. The superstar, who has lost multiple loved ones, including his mother and young son, has found solace in his faith and has continued to rise above his struggles.

“When I lose someone, I just be strong,” Davido said. “I did a song called ‘Stand Strong.’ I feel like strength and obviously, my faith has kept me going.”
Davido also addressed some common misconceptions about him, saying that people often think he is not approachable and that he is too accessible. However, he credits his big family upbringing and his talent and success, which he believes are “God-given,” with helping him navigate these perceptions.
