Infinix Zero Flip to Debut in India on October 17
Infinix, a Transsion-owned company, has confirmed that its first clamshell-style foldable phone, the Infinix Zero Flip, will be launched in India by mid-October. The device, which was introduced globally last month, is set to make its Indian debut on October 17, as revealed on the company’s website.
The Infinix Zero Flip boasts a unique design, featuring a 6.9-inch inner screen and a 3.64-inch cover display. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of inbuilt storage. It runs on XOS 14, based on Android 14, and is expected to receive two OS upgrades, up to Android 16.
The device’s camera setup is impressive, with a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera on the cover display. The inner display also features a 50-megapixel camera, allowing users to record 4K videos using both the inner and outer cameras. Additionally, the phone offers GoPro integration and dual stereo speakers tuned by JBL.
The Infinix Zero Flip is packed with a 4,720mAh battery that can be charged at 70W using the included charging adapter. The phone’s color options are Blossom Glow and Rock Black, with the latter being the only option available on the company’s Indian website.
While pricing and availability details are yet to be revealed, fans of the brand can expect the Infinix Zero Flip to hit the Indian market soon. With its innovative design and impressive specifications, the phone is sure to generate significant interest among tech enthusiasts and smartphone users alike.
