Malawi’s Temwa Chawinga has made history by breaking Sam Kerr’s record for the most goals in a single National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) season, scoring an impressive 19 goals in 24 games. The 26-year-old striker, who plays for the Kansas City Current and the Malawi national team, achieved this milestone in her first season in the NWSL.
