Nigeria’s Super Falcons will look to record their first win against Les Bleues of France when both teams clash in a friendly on Saturday (today).

The friendly is slated for Stade Raymond Kopa, Angers. Kick-off is 9.30 pm Nigeria time.

France has a hundred percent record against the nine-time African champions, having won all three previous meetings between both countries.

The Super Falcons also failed to hit target in the three games, losing 1-0 twice and 8-0 in a friendly encounter in 2018.

Interim head coach, Justine Madugu will be looking to build on last month’s successful outing in the double header friendly against the Green Ladies of Algeria.

Madugu’s side defeated the North Africans 2-0 and 4-1 respectively.

The West Africans will use the friendly as part of their preparation for the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.

They will face Botswana, Algeria and Tunisia in Group B in Morocco.
