LaLiga: I won’t decide when I leave Real Madrid – Ancelotti on exit rumours

Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti, has denied that he decided to leave the LaLiga club at the end of this season.

On Monday, Spanish radio station Onda Cero claimed Ancelotti had already decided to move on, no matter what happens between now and the end of the season.

The Italian’s contract with Madrid runs until 2026.

Speaking to reporters today, Ancelotti addressed the exit rumours.

“No. I want to be very clear. I won’t decide my departure date from this club,” he said.

“I know the day will come. But when that day will come, I don’t know. I won’t decide.

“It could be tomorrow, after the next game, in a year, or in five years.”

Real Madrid are currently top of LaLiga, two points ahead of Atletico Madrid and seven clear of Barcelona.

Los Blancos have already won two trophies this campaign – the UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Intercontinental Cup.
