EPL: Angry Amorim destroys TV inside Man Utd dressing room after Brighton defeat

Manchester United manager, Ruben Amorim, was so angry after their defeat to Brighton that he caused damage to a big screen television in the dressing room.

The Seagulls claimed a consecutive win at Old Trafford last weekend.

The 3-1 loss was United’s sixth defeat in 12 league home games.

It was also the seventh defeat under Amorim since he took charge in November.

After the game, Amorim lost his temper as he criticized his players’ dire performance.

While facing the media later, he labelled them “maybe the worst team in United’s history”.

According to The Athletic, the 39-year-old vented his anger towards his players, in a marked change from his usual approach of staying silent until the next day.

It is reported that the TV, which used for tactics before kick-off and at half-time, will need to be fixed – and quickly.

However, it is expected that the repairs will be done in time for their Europa League clash with Rangers at Old Trafford on Thursday.
