NPFL: Kano Pillars suspend technical adviser Usman Abdallah

Kano Pillars have suspended their technical adviser, Usman Abdullah, for three weeks following the team’s poor form and his conduct towards the fans.

The Sai Masu Gida were held to a 0-0 draw by Bayelsa United at the Sani Abacha Stadium.

The four-time champions have recorded just one win from their last three NPFL games.

Usman’s gesture towards the fans after Sunday’s draw with Bayelsa United was deemed inappropriate by the management, leading to the disciplinary action.

In the interim, club legend and chief coach, Ahmed Garba Yaro-Yaro, will take charge of the technical team.

He will be supported by assistant coaches Abubakar Musa, Gambo Muhammad, Suleiman Shuaibu, and Ayuba Musa.
