Champions League: Three Arsenal players facing possible ban for quarter-final clash

At least three Arsenal players are facing possible bans for their possible quarter-final clash against Real Madrid or Atletico Madrid.

The Gunners have all but booked their place in the last eight, as they lead PSV 7-1 from the first leg of their last-16 tie.

Mikel Artetaโ€™s men will host the second leg at the Emirates on Wednesday.

Jurrien Timber, Gabriel Martinelli and Raheem Sterling could all be suspended if they are booked during the game.

The trio are all on two yellow cards in the competition.

According to UEFA rules, if a player gets three yellow cards before the Champions League semi-finals, they will serve a one-game ban.

Yellow cards get wiped after the quarter-final stage.
