I support Tinubu – APC Acting Chairman, Dalori declares after assuming office

The Acting National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ali Bukar Dalori has declared that he supports President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

Dalori said Tinubu’s agenda is a roadmap that addresses challenges in the economy, security and national cohesion.

He disclosed this while addressing the APC National Working Committee, NWC, at the party’s National Secretariat in Abuja on Monday.

The acting national chairman said his period in office should be seen as a time for consolidation and not for conflict or division.

Dalori had assumed office as Acting National Chairman following the resignation of Abdullahi Ganduje.

Upon resumption, Dalori presided over his first NWC meeting.

Speaking, Dalori said he is taking on the responsibility with “humility, responsibility, and loyalty”.

He commended Ganduje for his contributions to the party during his time.

“We are all aware of the significant contributions Dr Ganduje made during his tenure.

“Since his assumption of office in August 2023, he provided our party with experienced leadership, steadfast commitment, and a clear sense of direction.

“On behalf of the entire APC family, I express our heartfelt gratitude to him and wish him full recovery and strength as he focuses on his health and personal well-being.

“This is a period for consolidation, not conflict. For maturity, not division. And for vision, not personal ambition.

“The APC remains the political vehicle to drive this transformation, and we will stand by the President in full loyalty and partnership,” he said.
