Lagos lawmaker meets, sympathises with victims over Oworonshoki demolitions

The Lagos State House Committee on Local Government Administration, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development recently convened a stakeholders’ meeting to address the demolition of buildings in Oworonshoki. Chairman Hon. Sanni Ganiyu Babatunde Okanlawon, who represents Kosofe Constituency I at the Lagos State House of Assembly, attended the meeting at the palace of the Oloworo of Oworonshoki, His Royal Majesty Oba Babatunde Saliu.

During the meeting, Hon. Okanlawon expressed sympathy to the affected residents, stating that his thoughts and prayers were with those impacted by the demolition.
