BBNaija 10: Kola serves punishment for revealing Red Telephone conversation

Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate Kola has received a stern punishment for violating the show’s confidentiality rules. Head of House Jason Jae announced on Monday that Kola will be barred from speaking until further notice after he disclosed details of a private conversation. The conversation involved a luxury offer from Agent X—a manicure and pedicure session valued at ₦1 million, to be deducted from the grand prize. Despite being warned not to share the contents with fellow housemates, Kola revealed the discussion.

As a result, Big Brother has limited Kola’s communication to writing only, using a provided writing pad, except when speaking directly to Big Brother. During conversations, Kola must write his thoughts, which the housemate being addressed will read aloud before a response can be given. This punishment directly addresses Kola’s breach of the show’s confidentiality rules.

Big Brother emphasized that Kola had been explicitly warned not to discuss the red‑telephone conversation with other housemates during his stay. The development underscores the show’s strong emphasis on maintaining confidentiality and adhering to its rules, serving as a reminder to all participants about the importance of respecting these guidelines.

With Kola now restricted to written communication, it remains to be seen how this will affect his interactions with fellow housemates and his overall experience on the show. The situation will be closely monitored, and any further rule violations may result in additional disciplinary action.
