In his acceptance speech, Ibeman emphasized the need for greater synergy among South-West legislatures to drive impactful reforms. He assured that the Forum, under his leadership, will continue to work on policies that support people-oriented governance, improve regional cooperation, and strengthen legislative institutions across the South-West.
