Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Benjamin Okezie Kalu praised former Abia State Governor Okezie Ikpeazu for fostering a culture of free speech and tolerance during his tenure. In a statement released to mark Ikpeazu’s 61st birthday, Kalu highlighted the former governor’s commitment to accommodating opposing views and creating an environment of peace and respect.
