Rotimi Amaechi, the former Governor of Rivers State, has reflected on his experiences in addressing the security crisis that plagued the state during his tenure. Amaechi attributed this turnaround to his administration’s determination to drive out criminal elements and encourage citizens to resume their normal activities.

He emphasized that his tenure as governor was marked by a unique set of challenges, including rising crime rates and social unrest.
