Cardi B Offset baby drama sparks concern after Instagram post

Cardi B and Offset’s Recent Social Media Exchange Sparks Confusion

A recent Instagram post by Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, has led to confusion regarding the paternity of Cardi B’s newborn son with Stefon Diggs. On November 15, Offset uploaded a story with the caption “My kid lol,” which he quickly deleted. The post was screenshotted and shared by @mymixtapez on X, formerly Twitter.

According to Georgia state law, a woman’s legal husband is presumed to be the father of her child, regardless of the biological father. Since Cardi B and Offset are still married, despite filing for divorce in 2024, Offset can be presumed to be the legal father of the child. However, Stefon Diggs can file in court to gain legal authority over the child.

Cardi B responded to Offset’s post with a series of messages on X, expressing her frustration and concern for her safety. She stated that she has been harassed and threatened for over a year and feels her life is in danger. She also emphasized that she wants to be left alone and is tired of the constant attention.

The exchange has sparked a conversation about the complexities of family law and the challenges of co-parenting. Cardi B and Offset have two children together, Kulture and Wave, and are currently separated. Stefon Diggs, the biological father of Cardi B’s newborn son, can take legal steps to establish his parental rights.

In related news, Cardi B has announced that she is preparing for her upcoming tour, which is scheduled to start on February 11, 2026. The tour will support her latest album, Am I The Drama?, released on September 19. Despite the recent drama, Cardi B seems focused on her music and career, stating that she is entering a “new chapter” in her life and is determined to give her fans the “performance of a lifetime.”
