Nollywood: Dayo Amusa elected Actors Guild of Nigeria national vice president

The Actors Guild of Nigeria has elected Dayo Amusa as its new National Vice President for the Southwest region. The election took place during the guild’s annual convention in Edo State on Saturday.

Amusa, a renowned Nollywood actress, expressed gratitude to the delegates, AGN chairmen and members who voted for her in a post on her Instagram page. She said she is humbled by the trust and confidence placed in her by the guild’s members and specifically thanked her campaign team, including campaign director‑general Ani Blessing and Madam Oby Express, for their support.
