Twitch streamer Pokimane has recently moved in with fellow Los Angeles‑based creator Josh “Ellum,” a 100 Thieves content producer known for his varied gaming streams and frequent collaborations with the OTK & Friends circle.
Before this arrangement, Ellum dated Cara “Captain Puffy,” a popular Minecraft streamer on Twitch, from late 2021 until April 2024. In a detailed account released after their breakup, Captain Puffy alleged that Ellum contributed minimally to household expenses and shared responsibilities, ignored her personal boundaries, and was unfaithful. These accusations have raised concerns among fans, especially in light of Pokimane’s new living situation with Ellum.
Captain Puffy disclosed that she spoke with Pokimane about the allegations in October 2025. She said Pokimane reached out after receiving negative comments on a TikTok collaboration with Ellum. While Pokimane affirmed that she takes such matters seriously, she declined to discuss someone else’s past relationship publicly. Captain Puffy also sent Pokimane a comprehensive message outlining her side of the story, including the accusations against Ellum. Pokimane reportedly replied that Ellum had denied the allegations, including the infidelity claim, and expressed sympathy, describing the situation as “horrible.”
The episode underscores the complexities of online relationships and the need to address misconduct allegations transparently. As the streaming community continues to expand, creators must prioritize honesty and respect for their audiences. The developments are likely to be closely monitored by fans and industry observers alike.
