Brooks Koepka, a five‑time major champion, has left LIV Golf, citing family reasons. The decision, announced earlier this week, was described as mutual and amicable. In a statement, LIV Golf thanked Koepka for his impact on the game and wished him continued success. Koepka, who was among the first players to join the league in 2022, will now prioritize his family’s needs and spend more time at home.

Koepka’s 2025 season in LIV Golf was uneven. He finished 31st with only two top‑ten finishes and a second‑place showing at the LIV Golf Singapore event, but missed the cut in three major tournaments. Despite the struggles, he remains passionate about golf and plans to continue supporting the league while competing in other events.

Off the course, Koepka’s wife, Jena Sims, recently shared photos from their Christmas celebration, which was themed around a monster‑truck arena. The family—Jena, Koepka, and their son Crew—dressed in black to match the motif, offering a glimpse into their personal life and commitment to quality time together.

As Koepka embarks on this new chapter, his family’s well‑being will remain a central focus. Fans and the broader golf community will be watching closely to see how his departure from LIV Golf influences his future schedule and performance in upcoming tournaments.
