The Giants, valued at $4 billion by Forbes, are seen as a potential fit for Bichette because they need a second baseman. Former San Diego Padres manager Mike Shildt voiced his support for the move, saying, “The Giants would be really interesting… man, what a good fit. Given that spending power, MLB.com’s Andrew Simon suggests Toronto could also consider signing four‑time All‑Star Kyle Tucker instead of Bichette.
