KaiCenat Leads Twitch’s Top 10 Most-Followed Channels

Twitch, the leading global live streaming platform, maintains its position as a dominant hub for real-time digital content, particularly within gaming and creator communities. With a user base numbering in the billions, the platform’s influence is often measured by the follower counts of its top channels, which have reached into the tens of millions. Current data from analytics site Social Blade identifies the ten most-followed individual channels, highlighting a diverse array of international creators.

Leading the list is American streamer Kai Cenat with approximately 20.18 million followers. Cenat is renowned for his high-energy comedic streams and recently completed a month-long “Mafiathon” subathon that garnered significant attention. Close behind is Spain’s Ibai Llanos, with 19.82 million followers. Ibai is a multifaceted creator who set a Twitch concurrent viewer record in June 2022, attracting over 3.3 million viewers for his “La Velada del Año II” boxing event.

The third position is held by Tyler “Ninja” Blevins of the United States, amassing 19.26 million followers. Ninja achieved worldwide fame during the peak of Fortnite: Battle Royale’s popularity, though his career initially launched through competitive Halo play. The list then features several prominent Spanish-language creators. Raúl Álvarez Genes, or auronplay, ranks fourth with 16.99 million followers, known for his gaming and interactive shows. Rubius, the Spanish-Norwegian creator, follows in fifth with 16.22 million followers, leveraging a massive YouTube audience into Twitch success since 2019.

Canada’s Félix “xQc” Lengyel holds the sixth spot with 12.32 million followers. A former professional Overwatch player, xQc’s channel is now defined by varied gameplay and lengthy “Just Chatting” segments. Two channels are tied with 12.26 million followers each. Russia’s EasyLiker has built a large following through relaxed, conversational “Just Chatting” streams. Spain’s TheGrefg, in the eighth position, is noted for Fortnite and Minecraft content; he previously set a Twitch record in January 2021 with over two million viewers for his custom skin reveal.

Ninth is Colombia’s Juan “juansguarnizo” Guarnizo with 11.61 million followers, whose content blends gaming with personal interaction. Rounding out the top ten is American streamer Turner “Tfue” Tenney, with 11.52 million followers. A former esports professional, Tfue gained prominence through his skilled gameplay in titles like Call of Duty and, most notably, Fortnite.

This ranking underscores Twitch’s evolution beyond its gaming roots into a broader live entertainment ecosystem. The prevalence of Spanish-speaking streamers in the top tier reflects the platform’s substantial growth in Latin America and Europe. While follower counts indicate reach, they also represent sustained engagement through unique programming, from marathon subathons to large-scale event productions. These metrics remain a key indicator of influence and commercial viability within the creator economy, shaping how platforms and advertisers assess audience value. The ongoing competition among these top creators continues to drive innovation in live content formats.
