Only the top two nations from each group advance to the knockout stage.
Nigeria’s contest against Egypt kicks off at 9 pm West African Time at the Stade Olympique de Rabat. The fixture will be broadcast live on AfroSport, which holds accredited WAFCON rights alongside SuperSport and CAF TV.
The Super Falcons, seeking to retain the crown they secured in 2024, know a win guarantees progression regardless of the result in the other match. Malawi, currently top of the standings, can secure their place in the last eight with a draw or victory against a Zambia side that must win to keep their hopes alive.
Egypt, despite their early exit, will aim to finish the campaign on a high note against the tournament favourites.
Wednesday’s simultaneous kick-offs ensure no team holds a tactical advantage before taking the field. Coaches have emphasised the need for discipline, aware that goal difference and direct encounters could decide who progresses.
