Abia Warriors targeting NPFL Super Six spot

Abia Warriors midfielder, Uche Moses, has said the team is determined to secure a place in the season-ending Nigeria Premier Football League Super Six competition.

Moses scored deep into stoppage time as Abia Warriors defeated Rangers 2-1 in their oriental derby clash on Wednesday.

The midfileder, who linked up with the Ochendu Boys during the mid-season transfer window stated that passion and commitment will be crucial to the team achieving their objective.

“Desire for success is our key motivator this season,” Uche told Media Talk Africa.

“The passion we have for the game and the commitment we have shown for this team will help qualify the Super Six at the end of the season.”

Abia Warriors are joint third on the Group B table alongside Niger Tornadoes.
