The Katsina Police Command on Monday has described as mischievous and untrue a viral video depicting aliens invading Katsina State.

A statement by Police Public Relations Officer, SP Gambo Abdullahi, noted that the attention of the Katsina State Police Command has been drawn to a viral video making the rounds on social media depicting the invasion of Katsina by some unknown creatures (aliens).

He said the video is fake and an attempt to disrupt the relative peace enjoyed by the good people of the state.

He warned the disgruntled elements to desist from attempts to discredit the state and its citizens as such would be severely dealt with.

The statement further advised members of the public to disregard the fake video and its malicious content.
