Manchester United legend Roy Keane said Arsenal should be pleased with their 2‑2 draw against Liverpool at Anfield. He praised the Gunners for securing a point in such a hostile environment, noting that the result keeps them in the hunt while the league race now hinges on Manchester City, who hold a game‑in‑hand advantage.
“Arsenal should be delighted with the point—I really do,” Keane told Sky Sports. “I know people will point to the picture and say Manchester City are back in control, but I think it was a great point for Arsenal. They were two‑nil up and could have been comfortable, but in the last 15 minutes, hanging on at the Kop, you have to be grateful for what you get out of that place. It’s a point—be thankful for it.”
