UCL: Sergio Aguero warns Man City over Haaland

Manchester City legend, Sergio Aguero has warned his former club that Bayern Munich knows all about the threat their striker Erling Haaland poses.

Aguero also warned Bayern Munich that it would be a big mistake to concentrate too much on Haaland.

The former Barcelona attacker spoke ahead of Man City’s Champions League quarter-final first-leg clash with Bayern Munich on Tuesday night.

“[Manchester] City needed a striker with clinical finishes in the last yards of the field and that is the type of addition they were wanting,” Aguero told Stake.

“They [Bayern Munich] know Haaland well enough in Germany, and they know what he can do. None of this should come as a big surprise to them.

“The main difference is that he is in a team like City now – which has a great offensive playing style with many possible variations. They need to figure out how to stop the whole team, not just Haaland.”
