Transfer: Belgian club, Union Saint Gilloise reveals price tag for Nigerian forward

Union Saint Gilloise honorary president, Jurgen Baatzsch has revealed the Belgian Pro League outfit will look to sell their Nigerian import, Victor Boniface for around €15m this summer.

Boniface joined the modest side from Norwegian club, Bodo/Glimt for just €2m last summer.

The forward has netted 23 times in 41 appearances across all competitions for Union Saint Gilloise this season.

A number of top European clubs are said to be interested in the 21-year-old, with Union Saint Gilloise prepared to allow him leave on their terms.

“We take players because they have good stats. For example Victor Boniface. He came last summer for a fee of two million euros,” Baatzsch told German news outlet Frankfurter Rundschau.

“He is now worth 10 to 15 million euros. It’s great when you see our success.”
