Arsenal boss, Mikel Arteta has admitted he is worried about the fitness of Gabriel Magalhaes.
Gabriel was forced off with an apparent injury in the closing stages of their 3-1 win over Chelsea on Tuesday night.
The Brazilian centre-back tried to continue playing on, but was eventually replaced by Rob Holding.
“He wasn’t comfortable. He tried for 10 or 15 minutes but he couldn’t carry on, which is strange for Gabi.
“So, a big concern about that because normally he’s not one that wants to leave the pitch,” Arteta told reporters after the game.
Arsenal are already without Gabriel’s first-choice centre-back partner William Saliba due to a back problem.
