Fatokun reveals reason behind Kwara United NPFL struggles

Kwara United midfielder, Jide Fatokun has admitted their poor start to the season is the main reason they struggled in the NPFL this term.

The Harmony Boys maintained their top-flight status after a 1-0 win against Nasarawa United last weekend.

Nasarawa United and El-Kanemi Warriors are relegated already from Group A.

“We didn’t get it right from the beginning of the season, that’s why we are struggling,” Fatokun told Media Talk Africa.

“Kwarans should expect a better team next season,” he added.

Kabiru Dogo’s side will travel to Ikenne where they will be guests of Remo Stars on Sunday.
