EPL: Pochettino agrees with Boehly on three priority transfer signings Chelsea must make

New Chelsea manager, Mauricio Pochettino, has agreed with the club’s co-owner Todd Boehly on three priority transfer signings the west London club must make this summer.

Pochettino is keen to bolster his squad this summer ahead of next season after he was confirmed as the club’s new head coach on Monday.

The Argentine signed a two-year contract at Stamford Bridge with the option for a third.

Many players are expected to leave Chelsea this summer, but there will also be some new faces too at the west London club.

It appears that Pochettino and co-sporting directors Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart have got off on the right foot.

According to Football London, Pochettino has an agreement with Boehly, alongside co-sporting directors Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart that Chelsea must prioritise bringing a striker, a central midfielder and a goalkeeper this summer.

Meanwhile, Chelsea have been linked with a move for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, Sporting midfielder Manuel Ugarte and Brentford goalkeeper David Raya.
