FC One Rocket Coach Acknowledges the Need for Improved Goal-Scoring Ability

FC One Rocket head coach, Ndubuisi Ndah, has openly admitted that his team will have to enhance their goal-scoring ability in order to achieve their objectives for the upcoming season. The Uyo-based side failed to find the back of the net in their first two games during the ongoing Nigeria National League Super Eight playoffs.

Facing tough competition, FC One Rocket suffered defeats by a lone goal against both Sporting Lagos and Heartland. Coach Ndah displayed optimism as he emphasized the need for his youthful team to draw positives from their performance despite their current shortcomings.

Reflecting on their performance so far, Ndah stated: “We need to improve our finishing ability if we want to advance to this stage in the future. Next season is nearly upon us, and I am confident that with hard work, we can secure promotion to the Nigeria Professional League (NPL). Although we did not perform poorly in the promotion playoffs, we will learn from our experiences here and strive to better ourselves.”

FC One Rocket will face off against Abeokuta Stormers in their third match of the tournament, scheduled for Wednesday.
