The Theatre Commander (TC) of the Joint Task Force North East Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), Major General Gold Chibuisi, has issued an order to strengthen security measures at the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Temporary Orientation Camp in Borno State, ensuring a smooth and secure orientation training.
The directive was given during the commander’s visit to the Stream 2 camp located at Mustapha Umar El-Kanemi Arabic College in Maiduguri, Borno State.
Upon arrival, Major General Chibuisi was received by the State Coordinator of the NYSC Scheme, Comrade Mohammed Jiya, and the Camp Commandant, Major H Abdullahi. Brigadier General TM Opurum, the Commander of the 7 Division Garrison, briefed Major General Chibuisi on the camp’s security deployment.
The commander emphasized the importance of discipline, patriotism, and respect for authority among the corps members. He also assured them of adequate security and support to ensure a fulfilling service year in Borno State.
