2024 Olympics Qualifier: Togolese Referees Selected for Super Falcons vs. Ethiopia Match

The Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) has announced the appointment of Togolese referees for the highly anticipated 2024 Olympics qualifier between the Super Falcons of Nigeria and Ethiopia.

The match, which marks the second preliminary round contest of the Paris 2024 women’s Olympic football tournament, is scheduled to take place at the prestigious Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja.

Leading the officiating team is the experienced Kindedji Edoh, who will take charge of the center. Assisting her will be fellow Togolese officials, Agbedanu Abra Sitofe, Awoutey Kossiwa Kayigan, and Amedome Vincentia Enyonam.

Furthermore, Oulare Daloba from Guinea has been selected as the referee assessor, while Ghanaian Ziga Christine Enyonam will serve as the match commissioner in Abuja.

This appointment comes at a crucial time for the Super Falcons, who have struggled to qualify for the previous three editions of the Olympics. However, their remarkable performance in reaching the Round of 16 at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup has boosted their confidence heading into this qualifier.

With these seasoned Togolese referees at the helm, fans can expect a fair and exciting clash between two formidable teams. All eyes will be on the Moshood Abiola Stadium as the Super Falcons aim to secure their place in the prestigious 2024 Olympics.
