Adeleke: Adamu Garba mocks Osun Gov over sack by tribunal

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Adamu Garba has mocked Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State over his loss at the state’s governorship election tribunal.

Garba described Adeleke as a temporary governor.

In a tweet, Garba said the electoral act signed by President Muhammadu Buhari ensured that Adeleke was a temporary governor.

He wrote: “I told you that Ademola Adeleke is a temporary governor, you thought it was a joke, but now you know.

“Thanks to the APC government, the signed electoral act 2022 made it impossible for stolen mandates to succeed.”

The tribunal sitting in Ogbomosho, the Osun State capital, nullified Adeleke’s election while declaring the Gboyega Oyetola as the winner of last’s poll.
