Namadi has given his nod to the appointment of Professor Muhammad Ibrahim Yakasai as the new Vice Chancellor of Sule Lamido University, Kafin Hausa, SLU. With a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and a distinguished background in academia, the new Vice Chancellor has left an indelible mark through his extensive teaching experience, marked by invaluable contributions at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Born in Garun Gabas, Malam Madori Local Government Area in 1960, Professor Yakasai’s educational journey saw him attain his academic milestones at prestigious institutions such as Bayero University, Kano, and the renowned Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria. His academic journey culminated in his current status as a Professor of Educational Psychology and membership in esteemed academic bodies such as the Nigeria Academy of Education and the Counseling Association of Nigeria.
