Last Christmas, Peak Milk, Nigeria’s leading dairy brand, launched the “Make It a Peakmas Every Morning” campaign to reward and nourish several Nigerians. This initiative aimed to create a memorable Christmas experience for families across the country. The campaign featured the Peakmas Breakfast Café train, which traveled to specific locations, serving nourishing breakfast meals to consumers while rewarding buyers with exciting gifts.

From December 13th to December 25th, 2022, the brand celebrated the festive season by offering customers a variety of rewards, including cash prizes, shopping vouchers, gift boxes, goodie bags, gift hampers, and other delightful items. Omolara Banjoko, the Marketing Manager of Peak Milk, expressed her enthusiasm for the campaign, stating, “We are glad to have been able to make the Peakmas celebration extra special and unforgettable for our consumers and their loved ones.” She emphasized the importance of the Yuletide season, noting that it remains the most anticipated and celebrated time of the year. Banjoko affirmed the company’s commitment to spreading uplifting messages of love, kindness, support, unity, and joy during the festive period.

Recipients of the Peakmas boxes expressed their gratitude towards Peak Milk. Hairstylist Miracle Richard shared her excitement, saying, “It was indeed a Peakmas for me and my family, and we want to sincerely appreciate Peak Milk for being a strong support to families and healthy living.” Similarly, Mrs. Baldwin, a Medical Laboratory Scientist who received a Peakmas hamper, remarked, “We want to say thank you, Peak Milk, for helping us reach our peak this Christmas. You are indeed a caring brand, and we appreciate the Peakmas package.”

The Peakmas campaign, which was launched in 2018, has positively impacted millions of Nigerians by bringing joy during the festive season. FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria PLC, the company behind Peak Milk, has been a staple in many Nigerian homes since 1954. As a multinational manufacturing company and an affiliate of Royal FrieslandCampina of the Netherlands—one of the largest dairy cooperatives in the world—FrieslandCampina produces several milk brands in Nigeria, including Peak, Three Crowns, Coast, Olympic, and Nunu. Guided by its mission to nourish Nigeria with quality dairy nutrition, the company is committed to providing nutritious milk products to the Nigerian population.

To further enhance local content and support the Federal Government’s initiative to grow the agriculture sector, FrieslandCampina WAMCO pioneered the Dairy Development (DD) program in August 2010. This initiative is gradually evolving into a national effort, with the company dedicated to ensuring its success by transferring technology and know-how on milk production to Nigerian farmers. The company also plans to provide training and consultation for farmers, with the support of the government and other key partners. For more information, visit www.frieslandcampinan.com.ng.
