Enyimba FC Braces for Injury Woes Ahead of Sporting Lagos Showdown

Enyimba FC is gearing up to take on Sporting Lagos without several key players due to injuries. Assistant coach Olanrewaju Yemi disclosed that the team will rely on their younger talents for the upcoming match. Despite the setback, Yemi expressed confidence in the abilities of the emerging players to step up and deliver for the team.

“The squad is dealing with a number of injuries, impacting several areas of our lineup,” Yemi revealed to the club’s media. “We are counting on our young talents to rise to the occasion in the absence of some of our key players. Despite the challenges, we refuse to use injuries as an excuse and remain determined to put up a strong performance.”

The defending champions currently hold the fourth spot in the Nigeria Premier Football League standings, and all eyes will be on their young talents as they strive to overcome the injury hurdles and secure a positive result in the upcoming match against Sporting Lagos.
