New Date Set for Sporting Lagos vs. Rivers United NPFL Rescheduled Match

The Nigeria Premier Football League has rescheduled the matchday 13 fixture between Sporting Lagos and Rivers United. Originally set for February 7, 2024, the game will now take place on February 8, 2024, at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan.

This encounter marks the first meeting between the two teams in the history of the NPFL. The rescheduling was necessitated by the Super Eagles Africa Cup of Nations semi-final match in Cote d’Ivoire, where Nigeria will face South Africa at the Stade de la Paix, Bouake.

Stay tuned for the highly anticipated clash in the NPFL as these two teams go head-to-head in the rescheduled fixture.
