Nigeria’s Zaidu Sanusi has been declared fit to start in the highly anticipated 2023 Africa Cup of Nations final against Cote d’Ivoire today. Sanusi, who missed the semi-final due to a minor hamstring injury, is set to reclaim his spot in the starting line-up. Fenerbahceā€™s Bright Osayi-Samuel had filled in for him in the previous game. Head coach Jose Peseiro is expected to maintain the team’s 3-4-3 formation for the final showdown, taking place at the Alassane Ouattara Stadium in Ebimpe, Abidjan at 9pm Nigeria time.
