Sunshine Stars Set to Introduce Kennedy Boboye as New Head Coach

Sunshine Stars, a prominent team in the Nigeria Premier Football League, is preparing to welcome Kennedy Boboye as its new head coach. The club’s media officer, Mike Akintunde, has confirmed that the former Akwa United coach will be officially introduced to the public on Tuesday. This unveiling will also feature the presentation of newly recruited players.

Boboye’s appointment comes after the dismissal of Edith Agoye, following a disappointing performance by the team in the first half of the season. With a successful track record, including leading Plateau United and Akwa United to NPFL titles in the past, the 50-year-old coach is highly regarded within the league.

The anticipated introduction of Boboye signals a new chapter for Sunshine Stars, as they aim to revitalize their performance under his leadership.
