Liverpool Legend Souness Predicts Winner of Chelsea vs. Liverpool Carabao Cup Final

Renowned Liverpool icon Graeme Souness has shared his prediction for the outcome of the highly anticipated Carabao Cup final clash between Chelsea and Liverpool. Souness, speaking on talkSPORT, expressed his belief that Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool team holds a 60% chance of clinching the Carabao Cup, while allocating Chelsea a 40% opportunity.
In a light-hearted manner, Souness made it clear that his allegiance lies with Liverpool, stating, “No. What do you expect me to say? I am a Liverpool supporter.” He emphasized the competitive nature of the final, asserting, “It is not a done deal. Of course, they have a chance. For me, it is a 60/40 game.”
Confident in Liverpool’s potential triumph, Souness remarked, “I think Liverpool will win. That is even without the boys who went off injured.” Highlighting Liverpool’s depth and resilience, he further commented, “They have got an abundance of strikers and even guys that change games when they are not playing well.”
The Carabao Cup final is scheduled to kick off at 4 pm at the iconic Wembley Stadium.
