Tony Tetuila Denounces Eedris Abdulkareem’s Claims as False

In a recent turn of events, Tony Tetuila, a well-known singer and former member of The Remedies, has vehemently rebutted claims made by his ex-bandmate, Eedris Abdulkareem. Abdulkareem asserted in a podcast interview that Tetuila was taken into the group out of pity and desperation to sing. However, Tetuila has taken to social media to express his disappointment and denounce these statements as untrue.

The conflict stems from Abdulkareem’s assertion that he and Eldee were the original members of The Remedies, with Tetuila joining later after they encountered him at a show in Ilorin, Kwara State. He went on to allege that Tetuila’s inclusion was motivated by a desire to “sing more songs.”

Tetuila reacted to these accusations by sharing a video on his Tiktok page, where he expressed his deep disappointment in his former colleague. He emphatically declared Abdulkareem a “bloody liar” and condemned the act of spreading falsehoods. “I am highly disappointed in this guy, he is a bloody liar, how could a grown man like this be telling lies? Na GOD go punish who dey lie,” Tetuila proclaimed in the video.

The rift between the two former bandmates has sparked intense reactions on social media, with fans and onlookers weighing in on the controversy. Tetuila’s bold denouncement of Abdulkareem’s claims has added further fuel to the already heated dispute, drawing widespread attention and speculation about the true history of The Remedies.

As the public eagerly awaits further developments, this clash of perspectives within the music industry continues to captivate and divide audiences, casting a shadow over the once-united front of The Remedies.
