Ekiti State APC Chairman Paul Omotosho Dies After Brief Illness

The Ekiti State chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Paul Omotosho, has tragically passed away. The news of his death comes after a brief illness that took his life in the early hours of Wednesday.

According to sources close to him, the Imesi-Ekiti born politician was actively involved in political meetings on Monday but started feeling unwell on Tuesday. He was quickly taken to a government hospital in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital, where he eventually succumbed to his illness.

This news comes as a shock to many, especially considering that Omotosho had recently been kidnapped in July 2023 and was only released after five days.

The passing of Omotosho has left a void in the political landscape of Ekiti State and the APC. His dedication to his party and his constituents will be remembered by all who knew him.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
