South Africa’s national women’s football team, Banyana Banyana, is gearing up for a crucial Olympic Games qualifier against Nigeria, and head coach Desiree Ellis is thrilled to have three key players back in the squad. Bambanani Mbane, Refiloe Jane, and Sibulele Holweni are making their return since the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, bringing valuable experience to the team.

The winner of this contest will secure a spot in Group C at the Olympic Games in Paris, alongside Brazil, Japan, and Spain.
