Fatal Accident: Speeding Driver Kills Pedestrian in Ketu, Lagos

In a tragic incident on Tuesday morning, a speeding driver in Ketu, along the Mile 12- Ikorodu Expressway of Lagos State, struck and killed an unidentified male pedestrian. The driver, transporting pepper and perishable items, collided with two other vehicles and the pedestrian, resulting in the pedestrian’s death and injuring a passenger.

Adebayo Taofiq, the Director of Public Affairs at the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, confirmed the heartbreaking event. He stated, “A commercial Toyota Hiace Bus (NSW 216 XA) loaded with pepper and perishable items collided with two Volkswagen commercial buses, causing the death of a male pedestrian at Ketu by Demurim Junction inward Kosofe, Lagos.”
