The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has made a heartfelt plea for the release of the remaining Chibok girls who have been in captivity for a decade. The pain and suffering endured by the parents of these abducted girls continue to weigh heavily on the hearts of many.

In a statement issued by Rev. Ozumba Nicodemus, the National Director for Education, Youth, and Women Development, CAN emphasized the unimaginable trauma experienced by the 276 girls still held captive. The organization urged the government to step up efforts and take decisive action to rescue these innocent young girls.

CAN called on the international community, humanitarian organizations, and individuals worldwide to join forces in advocating for the release of the Chibok girls. Together, through collective action and unwavering support, we can amplify our voices and apply pressure on the abductors to bring an end to this prolonged ordeal.

The religious body remains steadfast in its commitment to seeking justice and ensuring the safe return of the Chibok girls. It is imperative for all Nigerians to stand united, raise their voices, and demand immediate action from the government to secure the release of these girls and reunite them with their families.

Let us show our solidarity and determination to bring the Chibok girls back home. Join us in this crucial mission to bring hope and healing to the families of the abducted girls. Together, we can make a difference and ensure a brighter future for these young girls.
