Abuja, Nigeria – Dr. Baba Mohammed, the proponent of the NATCOM Bill, has called on Nigerians to endure the current economic difficulties, assuring them that relief is on the horizon. In a statement issued in Abuja, Dr. Mohammed acknowledged that Nigeria is not immune to global economic challenges but emphasized that the Bola Tinubu administration has made significant strides through bold initiatives such as fuel subsidy removal and economic diversification via the revitalization of the solid minerals sector.

“If we can achieve this much in one year, imagine what we can achieve in the remaining years to come,” Dr. Mohammed stated, urging continued support for the government’s efforts. He pointed out that these measures signify progress and that sustaining this trajectory could lead to substantial long-term benefits for the nation.

Dr. Mohammed expressed gratitude to Nigerians for their support and emphasized that the country’s security and socio-economic challenges are being addressed through concerted efforts by President Tinubu and his administration. Femi Gbajabiamila, the leadership of the National Assembly, National Security Adviser Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, and other stakeholders in striving to transform Nigeria.
